Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.


Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct.

BUFAZI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
