Refund policy

At BUFAZI, we take great pride in the quality of our fragrances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfume products cannot be returned once opened or used.

We only accept returns if the product is:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

To request a return, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
